Solution |
Try to manually navigate to the issue computer with the following path:
C:\Program Files\Fortinet\FortiClient\ FortiTray.exe
Select the FortiTray.exe file and connect SSL VPN again, if getting below DLL error:
This is caused by the Windows 11 update missing the DLL file. Navigate to below Microsoft link Microsoft discussion below and download the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistribution for Visual Studio, Restart the computer Download:
If the issue persists after the change, raise a ticket with TAC. |
