Description This article describes what to do when the FortiClient Endpoint does not connect to VPN but there is no message error.
Scope Forticlient EMS and Endpoint v7.2.0.
Solution

The issue appears when trying to connect to VPN, Endpoint no connect and no message error is displayed as below:

It is necessary to check the 'Remote Access' profile assigned to this endpoint where the VPN is found as disabled:

After enabled, the VPN can be established and connected with no issues.
