Solution |
This issue is caused by a known bug in FortiClient version 7.4.5 on iOS.
As a workaround, FortiClient version 7.4.4 may be used if available. If not, the 'Sign in another way' option can be selected to request the code via SMS message, bypassing the Authenticator app.
Alternatively, upgrading to FortiClient version 7.4.6 is recommended, as it includes the fix for this bug. |
