By default, the FortiClient does not send the installed applications to EMS.
To see the installed applications on managed clients, Go to FortiClient EMS, select the assigned endpoint profile -> System Settings, select the 'Advanced' tab on the right top corner, and then, enable 'Send Software Inventory'.
