Description This article describes that EMS Console displays the message Bad Request (400) when accessing through the browser.
Scope FortiClient EMS On-Prem.
Solution

If accessing EMS on Prem using FQDN through the browser, it may display the message Bad Request (400).

To resolve:

  1. Ensure the FQDN is resolved to the correct EMS IP address. This can use nslookup and ping commands for checking.

  1. Check the EMS setting: Login into EMS Console (using the application) -> System Setting -> EMS Settings and ensure the setting for 'Remote HTTPS Port' is checked (ticked).

Refresh the browser and it should show the display console as expected.
