After the EMS server build upgrade, the console access may be unaccessible by receiving the following error even though the upgrade has been completed successfully:

Go to Task Manager -> Services -> FCEMS_Notify is stuck at the 'Starting' state:
However, the FCEMS_DAS service is in the stopped state:
Now, it is possible to see all FCEMS_services are running. EMS GUI should be accessible. |
