FG-KVM problems to be managed from FG Cloud

Hi,
I have problems with a FG-KVM from Sophia lab licensed with an ITF license in my account to test the ZTP registration from FG Cloud. The FG is registered on FG Cloud and appears as "subscribed" and mgmt connectivity from it is not available (attach image).

So I cannot have any registration from the FG to FG Cloud.

May I have some help about what can be done to get it managed?
