Scope FortiCASB.
Solution

When contacting TAC Support for issues and queries related to the FortiCASB services, TAC Support may request additional information:

 

  1. Access the FortiCASB Company page: Select the checkerboard icon at the top right of the FortiCASB portal:

OR access the below URL after logging in to the FortiCASB: https://www.forticasb.com/#/company

 

  1. Company Name and Company ID:

  1. Region:

  1. Business Unit (BU) Name and ID (BU ID): Go to the respective BU and select Go to this BU.
