This article describes a case where approvers are added through a single approver profile for the same secret, but some of them do not receive the expected approval request.

Solution
The 'Minimum Permission' option in the approval profile settings is specified as 'view' by default. The approvers other than the default admin that are added through the profile will not receive approval requests if they are not given the appropriate minimum permissions through the secret settings.
In order to fix this issue, give permissions to the approver under the secret settings, and adjust the minimum permission settings that are specified in the approval profile.
