Description	This article describes how to solve a GUI access issue when the login prompt '500 Internal Server Error' is displayed.
Scope	FortiAuthenticator.
Solution	If the '500 Internal Server Error' message is displayed: Run the following command in the console: diagnose web restart  If this command does not fix the issue, try rebooting FortiAuthenticator.
