After upgrade to FortiAuthenticator version 8.0.0 users configured with role 'Administrator' are having issue with restricted administrator accounts used on Admin Profile after login in FortiAuthenticator GUI, when trying to assign new Token to Local/ Remote users the notification shows 'The results could not be loaded' or it seems the list is 'empty' as the example below:
Solution: Unfortunately, there is no workaround available. To fix this issue, upgrade to FortiAuthenticator v8.0.1. |
