Troubleshooting Tip: Guest Captive Portal Self Registration Issue where user creation attempt fails with no error message

Description	This article describes the issue where the self-registration portal page does not load, and users are unable to create an account.
Scope	FortiAuthenticator.
Solution	When the user provides the details in the self-registration portal and selects create, the browser loads back to the same page.  In the FortiAuthenticator, Select Authentication -> Portals -> Portals and select the created portal. Expand the User accounts and Disable the Custom Fields. Once the Custom Fields are disabled, the user can register using the self-registration portal.
