| Description | This article describes the case when logging in to the FortiAuthenticator HTTP GUI, the Token Code page does not show for security reasons. |
| Scope | FortiAuthenticator. |
| Solution |
If an admin account had enabled MFA for the account, for example with FortiToken, HTTP will not display the 2FA entry field.
The Token Code page will prompt if the user uses the secured HTTPS login page.
Note that using HTTP the FortiToken Mobile app will receive the push notification, but FortiAuthenticator will not accept the Token push as a response. See to generally disable unencrypted HTTP and use HTTPS instead, if all admin accounts enabled MFA.
