Description
This article describes how to remove multiple, trusted domains that are not in use on FortiAuthenticator Agent for Microsoft Windows, which are visible through FortiAuthenticator.
Scope
FortiAuthenticator Agent 4.2.
Solution
On the FortiAuthenticator Agent, two domains can be seen.
Under Two Factor Authentication Configuration - > Domains.
If both domains are not needed on FortiAuthenticator Agent, any of them can be removed through Windows registry, where FortiAuthenticator Agent is installed.
Open ‘regedit’ and navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - > SOFTWARE - > Fortinet - > FAC_Agent_v1.0 - > AvailableDomains.
Remove any value data that is not needed and select 'OK'.
Checking back FortiAuthenticator Agent, Two Factor Authentication Configuration - > Domains.
Only one domain is visible now, since the second one was deleted through ‘regedit’.
