Troubleshooting Tip: Failed to Import CSV File into User Groups in FortiAuthenticator v8.0.0

Description	This article describes the issue of failing to import a CSV file into User Groups in FortiAuthenticator v8.0.0. 'Failure occurred while importing users' when importing a user group CSV file into FortiAuthenticator v8.0.0. This issue does not happen in earlier versions of FortiAuthenticator, such as v6.6.6, v6.6.7 and etc.
