Solution |
When remote users are imported to FortiAuthenticator, FortiToken can be provisioned for those users for MFA purposes.
When users using the export users button listed under Authentication -> User Management -> Remote Users are exported, the FortiToken type and email address of the user is not exported.
For example:
red_user1 has email address abc@123.com and FortiToken Mobile attached to his profile.
When users are exported, the email details and FortiToken type is not exported.
Instead, go to Logging -> Audit Reports -> User Audit -> Download User Audit Report.
