FortiAuthenticator stores the passwords in an encrypted form. Due to this password encryption, FortiAuthenticator supports only a maximum of 64 characters for the password.
If more than 64 characters are entered, the GUI will display the following error:
In order to proceed with saving the settings, a password with less than 64 or less characters needs to be used. |
