| Solution |
If the EAP Server Certificate does not match the FQDN of the FortiAuthenticator, regenerate the certificate with the correct FQDN.
Once the EAP Server Certificate is updated, Android 10 and later should appear in the Smart Connect profiles of type WPA2 Enterprise (i.e., EAP). |
