| Solution |
It can be enabled in the GUI -> Authentication -> User Account Policies -> Lockouts -> IP Lockout Policy Settings -> Enable captcha on SAML IdP login menu, and the number of failures can also be set.
The CAPTCHA related to images and fields can be modified in the GUI -> Authentication -> SAML IdP -> Replacement Messages menu.
