| Solution |
This is because the FortiAuthenticator does not have a valid license. The license still shows FAC-VM0000000000 when the serial console is to the unit.
In this scenario, the VM license can only be loaded via FTP/TFTP server. Once the VM license is loaded, FortiAuthenticator is accessible via GUI/SSH. |
