Description
This article describes how to manually download and install FortiAuthenticator Agent for Windows.
Solution
- Log in to the 'Customer Service and Support' web portal here, and select the 'Support' option, followed by 'Firmware Download'.
2. Select 'FortiAuthenticator_and_FortiTrustID_Agents' from the product selection dropdown list.
3. Select 'Download' to get the available firmware list. It is possible to select one of the available versions of FortiAuthenticator Agent, select the version, and download via HTTPS.
4. After the installation file is saved, move the file to the Windows station/server where to install the agent and select the file to install FortiAuthenticator Agent.

Note that for the installation of the FortiAuthenticator Windows Agent 4.3+, it is necessary to have the following prerequisites:
MS Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) buildnr. 14.34.31983.
