Solution |
There are multiple ways to resolve the issue:
1) Upgrade firmware.
Go to System -> Administration -> System Access in Legacy Self-Service Portal And OAuth Access Control Settings, select username input format, Local | Local users.
To check if error has been fixed, logout from FortiAuthenticator GUI and login again with local admin user. |
