Description	This article describes how to fix 'Please enter correct credentials. Note that password is case-sensitive' error when upgraded from 6.4.1 to 6.4.2 and login to GUI with local admin user.
Scope	FortiAuthenticator 6.4.2
Solution	There are multiple ways to resolve the issue: 1) Upgrade firmware. 2) Login to FortiAuthenticator with Remote Admin user and Add the local realm in Legacy Self-Service Portal And OAuth Access Control Settings. To add the local realm: Go to System -> Administration -> System Access in Legacy Self-Service Portal And OAuth Access Control Settings, select username input format, Local | Local users. To check if error has been fixed, logout from FortiAuthenticator GUI and login again with local admin user.
