The article describes the steps on how to re-enable expired account on FortiAuthenticator.

Solution
1) First, keep the account on disable state and change expiration date. Then select 'Ok'.
Note: If user enables the account and change the expiration date at the same time, it will give the error 'Please correct the error below' and expiration date will not be updated.
The status will still be 'Expired' but expiration date will be updated.
2) Enable the account by deselecting 'Disabled'.
Result:
- Account is now activated.
