Description
When trying to activate the license of FortiTokens with the activation code of the EFTMxxxx PDF, the FortiAuthenticator replies with error 'license expired'.
Solution
FortiToken Mobile have to be activated at least one time prior the expiration date (on the PDF marked as 'Certificate Valid Until', next to Serial Number). After this activation, the code can be re-used indefinitely, even after the date as stamped on 'Valid Until'.
If the code is not activated the FortiAuthenticator will give an error 'forticare license expired', FortiGate might come back with an 'Internal Server Error'.
If the activation code has expired, note that the FortiToken code can then not be used anymore.
