Description

 

This article shows how to create a self-service portal in FortiAuthenticator.

 

Scope

 

FortiAuthenticator.

 

Solution

 

On FortiAuthenticator to create a portal: Go to Authentication -> Portals -> Portals, and select Create New.

The self-service portal allows the local or remote users to self manage their accounts.

 

To configure a self-service portal policy: Go to Authentication -> Portals -> Policies, select Self-service portals, and Create New.

 

Select the portal created in the above step.

Enable Captive-Portals under Network ->Interfaces.

When trying to access the self-service portal from the URL, it will show the disclaimer page. After accepting the term, the guest portal webpage can be found.
