If one or more FortiToken Mobile tokens have been accidentally deleted from a FortiGate or FortiAuthenticator, they can be restored by registering the FortiToken Mobile license again.
The 20-character activation code needs to be entered again on the following web interfaces :
- FortiGate: User & Device -> FortiTokens. Select Create New -> Mobile Token, Enter the 20-digit activation code that is present in the license file ,and Select OK
- FortiAuthenticator: Authentication -> User Management -> FortiTokens. Select Create New -> FortiToken Mobile, Enter the 20-digit activation code that is present in the license file ,and Select Save
The remaining tokens installed on the device will not be affected by re-registering a token.

Note:
There is no impact to the Assigned tokens during this process.
