Solution |
Due to the transition from the FortiWeb cloud to the FortiAppSec Cloud, there could be an issue accessing the IP-protection Menu for the first time.
Issue: Users will be able to select the IP-protection menu but it will not show anything on the IP-protection pane.
This can be resolved by clearing the browser cache or using the Incognito mode. After clearing the cache, the issue will not resurface again.
