| Solution |
User may come across the following unexpected error message when accessing the FortiAnalyzer Log View page: 'Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘key’)'.
This issue can happen when there is an error in the previously saved Log View settings. User can reset the Log View settings to its default state to regain access to the Log View page via the below CLI command.
