| Solution |
Users may face an issue where the FortiAnalyzer Report Dataset page does not load but gets stuck loading indefinitely when trying to view the dataset.
The issue is due to the log type attached to the dataset being Null/None, as per the following screenshot.
This issue is caused by some backend changes which affect how FortiAnalyzer handles Null/None related log types within the Report Dataset. To fix this, the user can upgrade the FortiAnalyzer to version 7.6.4, which is readily available now, or the upcoming version 7.4.9. |
