This article describes how to troubleshoot failure to add a FortiAI additional license from the FortiAnalyzer/FortiManager Dashboard or in the Support Portal itself.

The following error shows in the Support Portal when registering: 'There is no matched product to apply this registration number, please check again'.

Scope

 

FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer 7.6.x and above.

 

Solution

 

Make sure to get the valid SKU for VM and VM-S of FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer.

 

  • FortiManager VM -> FC(x)-10-M3004-1118-02-DD.
  • FortiManager VMS -> FC(x)-10-FMGVS-1118-01-DD.
  • FortiAnalyzer VM -> FC(y)-10-LV0VM-1118-02-DD.
  • FortiAnalyzer VMS -> FC(y)-10-AZVMS-1118-01-DD.

 

x = range of device/virtual domains supported.

y = GB/day of logs.

DD = period of subscriptions (2 month or 1 year).
