This article describes how to fix the duplicate column issue shown in Log View, which sometimes happens after an upgrade at randomly.
This is an example duplicate column showing in Log View -> FortiGate -> Traffic.
To fix this, reset the column to default: select icon and select Reset to Default.
If it still does not reset the column to default, capture the GUI debug on the browser and share the information with the TAC engineer.
