Description This article describes how to rename the FortiGate HA cluster member at FortiAnalyzer.

FortiGate HA cluster information.

When the FortiGate HA cluster is added into FortiAnalyzer, it shows as below.

At FortiAnalyzer edit Device Name, it will only change FortiGate_Primary Device Name.

Below are the steps to change the FortiGate HA cluster member Device Name.

 

At FortiAnalyzer, run CLI commands:

 

config system global

    set ha-member-auto-grouping disable

end

At FortiAnalyzer (Device Manager), edit it and delete the FortiGate_Secondary information.

At FortiAnalyzer (Device Manager), select Add Device to add back FortiGate_Secondary.

At FortiAnalyzer (Device Manager), edit it and put FortiGate_Secondary back into the HA cluster.
