This article describes how to resolve a blank web page when accessing GUI with port 8443.
Scope
FortiAnalyzer.
Solution
- When trying to access FortiAnalyzer via HTTPS port 8443, it is possible to get a blank web page when trying to login via GUI.
- Since port 8443 is reserved for system use, it is possible to set the HTTPS listening port to default port 443 and perform a unit reboot. It is also possible to use other custom ports:
config sys admin setting
set https_port 443
end
