The RMA team will redirect a ticket to the TAC team to further investigation if the ticket has not enough information or proof of device damage.
Log into FortiAP directly (IP address: 192.168.1.2) or use serial connection (speed 115200) with username admin and no password, and provide the following outputs.

date
fap-tech
Use PuTTY to generate a text file with required outputs, and attach all requested outputs from this article when submitting an RMA request.
