Solution |
There can be cases where FortiADC, using a FortiFlex license, is showing an invalid license during registration.
For this, navigate to the support portal and select the Serial number having an issue.
After that, regenerate a token for reactivating the VM entitlement.
After doing that, take the new token and use it in the CLI with below commands:
execute vm-license ----new token---
After that, select Y to reboot, and post that the License will show as working.
If the above steps do not work as expected, reach out to the Support team for further assistance.
