quartering large mail from domain

Hai Team

Is that possible to quartering large mail from a domain in fortimail??

i have done the below activities to fix the same

1.Created a new content Profile with action Quarantine and Enabled Defer message larger than 3000.
2.Created New Inbound policy and set the sender to *@gmail.com and recipient to *@example.co.in.
3.Enabled the content profile in policy..
4.Bypassed all other size restrictions(smtp limit,session limit)
5.Send a Mail from gmail account larger than 20MB.

Result
::The Mail Received without any blocking.

Check the Maximum message size(KB) under

Mail settings-->domains-->Advanced Settings-->Maximum message size(KB)

also the order/priority of configured policies
