Whitelist security application in Fortinet

Hi,

I work for a security product company www.vidder.com. Some of our partners use Forticlient which stops our application from communicating with the backend servers(TLS). I have done this earlier with  Symantec and McAfee where we could submit our package for whitelisting. I'm not able to do so in Fortinet site. Can you suggest where I can submit our application for whitelisting?
