Virtual router

Hello team ,

we are migrating for a customer from an old Netscreen to Fortigate 100 series

Netscreen has 3 virtual routers configured

set vrouter "untrust-vr"
set vrouter "trust-vr"
set vrouter "NA-vr"

and correspondingly zones are allocated to these VRs . Between two VRs , dynamic routing ( RIP) is enabled and there is an import/export

Now for Fortigate , how to we create these different VR , do we have to enable  special feature  for VRF ? what is the corresponding term in Fortigate for VR

They are called "Virtual Domains" or "VDOM's" in the FortiGate world.  You have to enable VDOM's with the CLI:

Most FortiGate's support 10 VDOM's by default and the higher end platforms can support more with additional licenses.
