VLINK Down

Hi All,

Recently i reconfigured my Fortigate 300D and i am facing a weird issue. Created 3 VDOMS and VDOMS connected through VLINKS and inter-vdom communication is fine. But in policies it shows vlink down. need to know is it normal or i am missing somewhere. 

Reference screenshot attached. Please can someone advise where i am missing and if required please do let me know can share more information.
