Hi, Im new to fortimail and just in the middle of a trial.
Im having a look at the options around block lists and safe lists at the moment, In our old software when a user or admin adds and email address to the safe list, this would bypass the spam checking on the filter but still perform all of the AV functionality, we like the idea of users being able to bypass the spam filtering, but we need to AV check every email as the sender may not be aware that thy are sending infected files.
Is this possible in Fortimail?
Thanks!
