Prevent FortiManager from deleting custom user devices during policy installation

FortiManager will delete unused firewall objects when a policy is pushed to a FortiGate, and I'm fine with that behavior.  I'm also noticing that unused devices that have been customized with a name are also being deleted.  Having these custom names is useful for reporting and discovery.  Is there a way to prevent FortiManager from deleting named objects other than adding them to a benign firewall policy?

Thanks!

Hi,
Do you have any news about this.
So when you import Policy after registring the firewall in the Fortimanager, you have to choice "Import all Objects" and not  "Import only policy-dependent Objects"

Aymen
