Meru branded WAPs on FortiGate

I'm looking at buying some Meru APs. Does anyone know if these will work in conjunction with the FortiGate E series?

For Meru based AP like AP832 as example, these will not be working with FGT's
For the FGT you will need regular FortiAP like FAP-xxx or the universal model like FAP-Uxxx

If these are truly 'Meru' APs, then no they will not work.  But all FortiAP model APs will.
