Mailbox integration with FortiSOAR

I want to create a Phishing email playbook. For this I have created a mailbox on office 365 where the SOC analyst will forward the reported email to carry out investigation, how can I integrate this mailbox with FortiSOAR so that email can be ingested in ForitSOAR for further processing. Also how can I get the details from the email (URL, Attachment, Domain) to check its reputation and take decision.

Is there any default playbook available in FortiSOAR for Phishing email.
