Implementing Forticlient endpoint including VPN

I AM TRYING BUILD  A POC 

Does it support 2FA authentication ?

If we use Forticlient endpoint with VPN , is it possible that when user accessing the internal url (internal network)​, VPN get connected and the user is able to access the url
without manually connecting the VPN manually

Can you briefly explain the meaning of without connecting a VPN manually? If you get connected to the VPN, you can able to access the internal URL as long as the DNS can resolve the IP address.
