How to auto populate a whitelist when message is released

I'm releasing messages from quarantine from the same sender multiple times per week.  Is there a way to configure FortiMail so it automatically whitelists released senders?

Hi Phil, this can be found in your antispam action profile as a subaction of personal quarantine. I am attaching a screenshot (note that white list was renamed safe list in 5.3, hence the different wording in the screenshot if you are running earlier releases).
