Hi,

Like Cisco, there is no recommended announcement from the FortiGate team but When we will go to the support team then he/she will advise upgrading firmware. So based on this I will recommend going with 6.0.1. I am using at many locations and I never faced any issue.

I tested with SSL VPN but didn't test with fortiAP.
