To show a link to an end user to ask for a re-categorization, good.
The re-categorization process tells you in minutes for it to be re-categorized. Fantastic!!!
Now we have the user using 5.6.2 and latest Forticlient and he actually let‘s Fortiguard re-categorize the before blocked site. He waits through the 5 to 10 minute process. The web page says perfect all ok.
But when the user tries to acces the page it is blocked!
He can go to Fortiguard website and check the categorization and it shows as the newly defined, but even after 10 more minutes he cannot access the page, big FAIL.
