Forticlient Registration to Fortigate

I have a 100D cluster, that comes with 10 licenses for the Forticlient.

But i only use the SSL VPN, all Client are VPN install only

Everytime a client does connect, the Registrations Windows shows up, even if you deny the registration to the Fortigate

I have disabled FCT-Access  on my LAN but the cleint keep coming up with the registation message to 169.254.1.1

How can i turn this off ?

I know this is old but did you check your ssl.root interface? You probably have FCT Registration enabled on it.
