I am using forticlient and yesterday I started getting an error message on two different machines in two different locations.
My moms computer and my computer got an error message that says
"Database is not up-to-date" Last Update: Never Updated.
I tried shutting down the forticlient console and restarting.
I also tried shutting down the forticlientagent and restarting.
Neither of these fixed the problem.
When I activate administer priviledge and make a minor change to the status preferences I get "Error occured"

I did that once and it happened again a week later. Do I have to uninstall/reinstall every time it happens?
FYI, I did add these two directories and it fixed the problem...

Then it's necessary to find out why those directories disappear.
Do you know if there is any monitoring software for Mac?
The only monitoring software that I have is Drive Genius 4, but it was my impression that this software only
reports issues and doesn't do anything without permission.

I created a bug report.
How can we get in touch with you?
Thanks.
my email/icloud is my first name and last name together all one string at mac dot com.
