Hi John,
Just to make sure: FNDN is available to all FTNT employees (using usual LDAP credentials).
All contents (Forum, Tools, Article, etc.) are accessible except the Documentation one.
But that's usually not a problem for a clever FTNT employee who should know how to get the documentations in a different way :)
The point is that we shouldn't share such documentations to partners/customers with no FNDN subscription.
Regards.

Just great. A FortiCustomer has to pay to ask a question about a Fortinet product. Not surprising really given FortiTraining wouldn't even provide printable course material these days.
Just how are you going to encourage people to use your products in this competitive world of IT?

Hello Jie,
If you have questions, the forums can provide some content on your challenge. Also, there is our support group [Link].
For the Fortinet Developer Network, it provides a subscription license to a number of our VM instances, along with tools and scripts. For more information on this, feel free to take a look at the data sheet [Link].
Best regards,
Rodney Mock
